For those who feel their days going too fast, and want something to arrive slowly.
Once a month, an envelope finds its way to you. Inside: a letter, a haiku with its drawing, a small game for the senses, a photograph, and a QR code that opens onto an original sound piece. Each season, a print.
12 envelopes, one for each month. You begin with the letter of the month you join.

Four one-to-one sessions, one each week, to find your way back to imagination and clarity. We start from where you are. We listen to what is calling. Then you make something.

What is Inside Art

Imagination doesn't disappear. It goes quiet sometimes, and waits to be invited back.
INSIDE ART is that invitation. Two doors open onto the same inner landscape.RECEIVE works gently, through contemplation. Each month an envelope arrives: a letter, sounds, images, a small game for the senses. Nothing to do, nothing to achieve. You simply let it reach you.
EXPLORE is more active. Four sessions, one to one, to rekindle your curiosity and turn what you perceive into material for your own work.
Here, art is neither therapy nor performance. It is a poetic companionship.

I am a scenographer, performer and interdisciplinary artist. For more than thirty years I have made performances, sensory theatre, immersive installations and poetic spaces, including over a decade with Teatro de los Sentidos. I also give workshops and masterclasses.
From this work, sensory, poetic and playful, I have learned how to accompany artists and seekers: how to listen to what quietly calls from within, and how to move from pressure to presence.
Mary Oliver wrote: “You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.” That is where the work begins. With what you love, and who you already are.

- Which languages?
RECEIVE comes in English or French: you choose at checkout. EXPLORE sessions are held in English or French, and I also speak Spanish and Dutch.
- What if I'm not an artist?
You're welcome. Curiosity is the only entry ticket. EXPLORE is for anyone who creates, or wants to.
- When does RECEIVE start?
With the letter of the month you join. The letters follow the calendar, so there is no need to wait.
- When does my envelope arrive?
I post the envelopes in the third week of each month. Allow 3 to 7 days within the EU, 7 to 14 days elsewhere.
- Can I cancel RECEIVE?
The monthly subscription, yes, anytime. The full cycle is a single payment for twelve envelopes, so it can't be cancelled.
- Can I offer Receive as a gift?
Yes. Write to me with the name and address of the person, and we'll arrange it together.
- How do we schedule EXPLORE sessions?
After booking, we choose the four dates together, in your time zone.
- How are payments handled
Securely, through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

EXPLORE

A one-month cycle to wake your imagination and let your work move again.

Four one-to-one sessions of 90 minutes on Zoom, one a week, with small daily practices in between. No pressure: we follow your pace and your way of creating.At the end of the month you leave with a first small work, begun or begun again, and tools you can keep using on your own. If you want to go further, the cycle can be renewed.
